Welcome to my Core 30 concept which draws together simple, quick and highly effective abdominal work to ensure fantastic results.

These exercises are designed to sculpt your abdominals without the need for any apparatus so you can maintain a strong, lean torso and sexy waistline wherever you are.

Each of the four sections can be done as a stand-alone ‘quick fix’ or you can do all four sections as a flow once you are familiar with the exercises with the help of the videos and PDFs included in the programme.  You can keep it simple or ramp up the reps for a deep burn in under 30 minutes.

All you need is a mat or towel and some determination!
